Our Italian gown silhouette features an Empire waist with attached
skirt, puffy sleeves for the underdress and in most cases, either
two or four detachable and grommeted arm bands (upper arm and lower
arm). We can customize this gown to fit your needs perfectly. These
gowns are desigend to be worn WITHOUT a hoop, so if you really dislike
wearing hoop skirts, this is the gown for you. This gown is also perfect
for those who would rather not emphasize their waistline, or those
who are "expecting."

This is our most affordable version of Drew Barrymore's ball gown from the movie "Ever After." Priced below, made from beautiful brocade and trimmed to perfection, in any fabric you desire from this page . This overdress is rimmed elaborately and meticulously and is a front-clasping (or lacing) gown We added upper and lower arm bracers, (which are detachable by unlacing them from the grommeted shoulders), trimmed with lots of matching trimmings. The chemise is NOT included with this package, but may be purchased separately. Please see our chemises catalog for available options.

*Perfect* for Bridesmaids or other formal occasions, without breaking the bank. Drew Barrymore's simpler gown, made from plush velvet. The is a one-piece gown with satin sleeves, satin front skirt panel, plush velvet bodice and skirting, and two detachable velvet sleeves. The gown has an Empire waist, typical of Italian Renaissance fashions. The back of the gown has a length of lacing grommet closures. The detachable velvet oversleeves are very full, and have an elegant flared ruffle at the elbow. They lace to the gown's shoulder. The neckline and shoulder of the detachable oversleeve will be trimmed in metallic loop braid (please note that the pictured trim is not metallic loop braid). This gown is available in a rainbow of velvet and/or satin colors for only $325 (We can use other fabrics, but the cost will change. Crepe and Tapestry Italian overdress and chemise set

This gown is made from cotton with either a rich tapestry or brocade band at the skirt. It features loop braid trim on the bodice portion and bracers (braid is available in white, ivory, black, silver or gold). . Embroidery may be purchased separately, if desired. Cost will depend on design. The gown laces at the sides and at the shoulders through sturdy corset-grade grommets, with sturdy boning to keep the grommets from bunching.
