These are turn style shoes. Seams are on the inside and are cut as close as possible to avoid bulk. Keep in mind that each shoe is made by hand, to your supplied measurements and foot outline and because of the custom and personal nature of these shoes, absolutely no refunds or exchanges.

Our shoes and boots are 100% leather construction with 1/4" hardened internal heel pad, double leather insoles, machine sewn with no visible stitching. These shoes are sewn with a UV rated marine-grade thread that is water and mildew resistant. All rivets are double capped for your comfort, leaving no sharp edges, and hand-pinged - not machine pressed. These are hand-cut and punched leather items.

Any shoes with a solid last (upper) can have motifs for an additional $3.00. Motifs are cut from suede, adhered and then machine sewn in place. Machine stitching on motifs will be visible. If you rub them with a stiff brush, you can reduce the visibility.

Hard soles and 1/2" heels are also available. Hard soles are an additional charge and heels are an additional charge. If you want a 1" heel, you must order two 1/2-inch heels. We cannot make heels more than 1" due to the construction style. Hard soles MUST be purchased if you wish to have heels attached. They are available in black, red, blue, brown and natural. They are adhered then nailed in place.

Rivets are available in nickel (silver, brass (gold) and black. Buckles are in nickel or brass and vary in style from item to item.

Some shoes have hand-sewing at the heel turn down. Please note that there will be a contrast in texture and sometimes color at the turndown. Hand sewing is done with sinew in natural or black.
