Basic Irish Leine - Full-length or short length leine designed to be worn under Irish overdresses or with Celtic/Scottish ensembles. Features adjustable elastic drawstring at neck. (you can clip this to your desired length and stitch it closed after you receive it, or you may keep it extra long and adjustable. The sleeves feature a drawstring cord along the length and may be be worn drawn up short short on hot days or long on cooler days.

Please note that most of our chemises are very full, (usually the full width of the fabric) designed to be worn under puff-and-slashed garments. If you're looking for a historically-accurate chemise, please purchase the Elizabethan or the Eleanor. They are also less bulky (if you're looking for a more fitted style of chemise).
