Hello. This is my first time posting here. I am a doll maker and am trying to make a hoop skirt for a wedding doll. My problem is I can't seem to find anything that tells me how to make the skirt. I have looked at photos and, since I am also a beginning seamstress, I can't seem to figure it all out.
