We're booked, booked, booked for the rest of September, all of October and most of November. November is reserved solely for creating prototypes for our new, upcoming wholesale line, meeting with potential production companies, and getting the ball rolling for the line to be released around the beginning of the year. FINALLY.
Maternity leave has been scheduled for February, March and MAYBE April, though I believe I'll be back to work by April. Wedding season will be hitting us hard by then, and I'll need to get back to work. With any luck, the Pipers will have established some sort of a routine by then. But don't hold your breath.
And I'm really pissed off. Audrey, the Goddess, is in a new Gap commercial advertising the return of the skinny black pant, a style I have always, always adored. (YAY to the death of flare legs, and hopefully hip huggers!) I can't wear the stupid skinny black pant right now without breaking a few decency laws. Brian says, "You will SOON." But I'm impatient and want to wear the skinny black pant with a tight ribbed turtleneck now, without looking like a giant sausage link in black stretch fabric.
